From evening sketch to Drew’s collection on Spoonflower
Let me tell you the funny story of a pattern I made in December 2023 in the Repertoire course.
Starting with a rough sketch for the Spoonflower Block Print-inspired challenge, I had in mind a bouquet of coneflowers for quilting projects. The pattern did very well, ranking 39th.
The visibility of being in the top 100 did wonders: I sold several samples of wallpaper and even a set of curtains. But I had no idea that one of the samples was bought by the Lone Fox home team...
What a surprise to see my motif chosen for a survey among his thousands of followers... and especially to see that it was the team's final choice!
I would never have dared to dream of such a beautiful showcase.
